Susan is a mother, grandmother, and lifelong Minnesotan—born and raised in the Star of the North, just like her parents before her. Caring for others has always been woven into her life, and in her mother’s final years, Susan had the privilege of living with her and supporting her through that tender chapter. That experience deepened her compassion and strengthened her commitment to helping seniors and their families feel supported, understood, and safe.

Throughout her life, Susan has worn many hats: professional musician, singer, and guitar player; home health care provider for seniors; realtor; recovery and sobriety coach; and rental property owner. Each role has taught her something essential about people, communication, and the importance of creating a sense of home.

Today, she brings all of that experience into her work as a senior living consultant. At no cost to families, Susan helps them find the community where their loved one can truly enjoy this phase of life—a place that feels vital, safe, and nurturing, where they can flourish.

She is known for being deeply capable and compassionate. Families often tell her she goes above and beyond, and some have even called her their “angel.” Susan does not take that lightly. Her intuitive nature, paired with clear and honest communication, helps families feel heard, supported, and confident as they make one of life’s most meaningful decisions.
